5 /5 Matthew Davidson: Came here with my girlfriend to browse their ring selection. Worked with Jamal, he is super knowledgeable and seems to enjoy working here. He opened a ton of cases for us, reccommended things he thought we would like, and offered to clean my girlfriends earrings for free when I mentioned they were dirty while she was trying on some peridot earrings. I have bought earrings and chains here in the past and there is always super knowledgeable and helpful staff.

1 /5 Nicole Steiner: Shannon, the manager at this location, had both my rings for 3 days and spent the entire time searching for care packages to do the repairs. Found 3 care packages called me to tell me that she could not find one after the 3rd day of having my rings. I have had these rings for years and had them sized multiple times, repaired etc. I usually go to Amy in Battle Ground directly and never ever have one issue. I told Shannon that and she told me she trained Amy. Well she should go to Amy and ask how customer service works. Gross! My stomach feels sick dealing with the crazy stuff that happens at this location. Smell like smoke, mental breakdowns and chaotic customer service. Spend your money with Amy in Battle Ground. Shannon is not a good person. Period.

5 /5 Sara LB: I bought a fairly expensive 14k rose gold sparkle chain necklace 3 months ago from Salmon Creek location. The sales person never mentioned to me how awful they can be at collecting fuzz and getting dirty very quickly. I was so disappointed because this was a gift for my wife and she wasn’t truly happy with it. I ended up taking it back at the Hazel Dell location to discuss my situation. I then found out I was less than a week past the exchange timeline. Shannon was able to allow me to not only exchange the chain but find something WAY better for almost the same price. She went above and beyond to help me, even working during her lunch and I greatly appreciated the great customer service. I’ve bought items from Fred Meyer Jewelers for over a decade and this type of customer service means I will keep coming back. Thank you and my wife is very happy with the new necklace!

1 /5 T: The people that work there are nice, however I wanted my ring resized and it took over a week longer than I was originally told, then when it was “ready for pick up” the slit where they made it bigger was still there, so I had to wait again until the following week. Just go to a real jeweler.

1 /5 shainna hernandez: Do not ever buy your jewelry from here. Display size for men is 10. Bought my husband a ring (knowing it wouldnt fit, but it was on sale) he went the next day for them to have it sent and sized.... Got a call 2 weeks later saying its ready for pick up.... Go to pick it up bring it home to him.... And its the exact same size 10 ring!!!! Go back the next day just to have them ship it off AGAIN and wait another 2-4weeks!!!!
