N C I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Came to return 4 charms and ended up buying more than 10 charms and a jewelry box. DAYA is always helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her positive attitude and customer service. He really wanted to make sure it was the right choice for me and even ended up paying me full spot price for some of the rounds. He also rounded up the amount paid to an even number.
