After a horrible experience with a large chain jeweler (they lost my antique wedding band and lied about it for months, long story) I was nervous taking my wedding band set to be cleaned and inspected. Well, one day, I noticed a bad prong on my engagement ring and knew I needed to just get it done. I found Jewelry Dr. via Google and couldnt be happier! They saw me right away as a walk in, immediately inspected my set, identified the problem and even found two cracked diamonds in my wedding band! Norman Brettell After getting my watch back this afternoon, I had to do a review. I’m going to go ahead and call the master jeweler, master watch guy. I don’t know, but he did some incredible stuff to my southwestern Sterling silver watchband that I don’t think anybody Can work on pieces like this ended up, beefing up the watch band itself with heavier duty parts. So yeah if you have something like that, he will certainly look at it and chances are get it fixed for you. I’m not sure if I could do a picture if I can I’ll send a picture. Thanks, Ron,
