Jesse Moore This store has local, unique, and high quality jewelry pieces. I bought a one-of-a-kind necklace here last year that I never take off and they customized it to my desired lengths. It initially came with a very dainty chain that cant survive my chaotic nature, I took it into the shop for repairs a few times and they were always so friendly and willing to repair it. A year later I finally got a heftier chain that has my charm customized to sit in the middle so the closure stays in the back! Every time I bring it in the owner recognizes the charm which feels really special and unique. I love this shop!!

They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism; they let me try the ring through the process to make sure it was a perfect fit. Done in less than 30 minutes! I had so much peace of mind getting it done in-house.

Rodney was able to help us navigate which one would be the best fit for us and also helped with updating it as well. They also had a nice selection of jewelry and electronics. Great prices, great deals, and even better customer service! We will be back again!

Gary Cronce Case by Case response to Patrick’s negative review, First, we are sorry for the loss of Patrick’s mother. We are also sorry to see this review, as we strive to have a positive relationship with our clients. Patrick came into our shop with an assortment of silver, gold and costume jewelry he wanted to sell.      We made an offer, and he negotiated our price up an additional $2,500. We shook hands, he signed the agreement and left satisfied. He even came back in a couple of days and gave us some more jewelry boxes and bags. A month later he wanted to buy a ring back. We gave him a price and he said he would think about it. 4 months later he texted us, called us criminals and said he was going to write a negative review against us, and he did. We ended up giving him back the ring he wanted, he thanked us and said he will try to remove the negative review, and maybe he did. We never paid him $20 for a $1000 gold chain. When you buy something, you expect to make a profit. We paid over $10,000 for the items and have not come close to getting our investment back, perhaps we never will. Jeff M Memories Jewelry and Watch Repair was recommended by another jewelry store as they were unable to replace my watch’s battery. I called and found Memories did replace Movado watch batteries. So I headed down and saw how busy the store was. But Roth gave me a dollar and time estimate - and he met it. Great experience, I will return.
