5 /5 M M: Wow. I had visions of the ring I wanted to create for my girlfriend, and Bonaci took it to the next level. I shared my concept with them and within two weeks they had a few diamond options for me to review. I also wanted to design a band, but they found one that was already made that was exactly what I was envisioning. I will no doubt go back here for her and my wedding band!

5 /5 Christine Thomas: Id give this place 6 stars if I could! I took in my wedding ring that had gone through the garbage disposal. It was mangled and stones had fallen out. I honestly thought it was beyond repair. They restored my ring to absolute perfection in only a day! Fits like a glove, stones polished, metal smoothed and exactly like new. I was shocked when I picked it up. I am forever grateful to this incredible and friendly team. Couldnt recommend this place enough!!!

They designed and made my wedding ring, have a beautiful selection of jewelry, and make any needed repairs for you quickly, as examples of some of the ways they have helped me. The staff is professional, gracious, knowledgeable, and always make you feel special and happy to see you. Im so happy Bonaci Jewelers is here for us.

1 /5 Michele Jean: I called inquiring about their policies for insuring stones in an engagement ring that would have sapphires instead of diamonds. (A custom piece I was trying to decide where to have it done at) The guy actually had the nerve to laugh at me, and said unless its a diamond theres nothing I could purchase that would insure protection of a ring Id be wearing every day for the rest of my life. He also mentioned that no jewelery store can do that and I was wasting my time. Completely unprofessional and downright rude. I honestly cant believe any place that speaks to customers this way is still in business. Jokes on them anyways there are four other stores in the area that do cover stone replacement for saphires and other precious stones. I wouldnt recommend going to any place of business that has the audacity to laugh at a customer on the phone inquiring about a product. Update: My ring turned out great by the way. :)

5 /5 Michele Turner: So far Ive had a great experience and feel that the staff Ive talked to so far have been super nice, helpful and welcoming. I came down recently with my grandmas wedding ring that my mom had passed down to me. It belonged to her grandma...so this put its around the 20s....I was curious if it was valuable at all and the gemologist was not in...I dont really want to sell the ring...but if its value is more than the 2 evictions my family is facing then Ill keep the roofs over my family members heads and sell it! Ive always been curious of this store and I decided to make it my first stop...and I do think Ill be going back there to see if the gemologist is available to take a look and give me an idea $$$ ...reguardless I think its a great store, I was treated great! Everything looks amazing in there! And I felt comfortable...like they werent trying to screw me over ...and thats important! (Side note: I was reading the reviews and I nearly choked on my coffee because I love the "lean" response! Lmfao!...thats funny stuff! I needed that laugh!)
