Christine Hayes I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience at Neeter House of Luxury. After a disappointing experience with another local jeweler, I was hesitant to visit, especially since I assumed "luxury" meant it would be out of my budget. However, I was delighted to find that they truly cater to all budgets. From the moment I walked in, they listened attentively to my ideas and addressed my past concerns. Within minutes, I was working with a designer to create the ring I had always dreamed of. Stevies initial drawings brought my vision to life, and she worked diligently to source the specific stones I wanted. From a 3D model, Nikki created a beautiful ring and it was almost perfect. As there were still a few elements missing, they added another designer, Adrienne, to the team, and all three ladies worked tirelessly until the ring was exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot recommend Neeter House of Luxury highly enough.

Juan Escalante EXCELLENT jewelry repair. My wife took several pieces of jewelry for repair: herringbone, chain, tube bracelet and earrings. Some of the pieces were previously described as unrepairable by other jewelers. They were all made to look brand new.

Grace DeWitt Stopping at Compass Rose is a MUST when shopping in Tacoma. This shop has a little bit of everything. You are sure to find a fun gift for whoever youre shopping for. I especially appreciate that when I shop here, I know that my purchase also supports Tacoma youth and educational programs because Compass Rose consistently gives back to support the community. This shop may not be a big chain, but they support their community in a BIG way, so please support them by choosing Compass Rose when searching for your next gift, or treating yourself to a little retail therapy.

Gracie Huberty A Finer Moment made it a great experience for me and my boyfriend to choose a homecoming dress for me. I had travelled to Spokane and booked an appointment online before knowing the dress shop was actually closed that day. But, after she found out the distance I had traveled, the owner Lisa was kind enough to show up with Janelle and help me choose a homecoming dress on late notice. Janelle was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel very welcome. Janelle also made me feel gorgeous in every dress I tried. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any girl looking for a formal dress.

Chandler Wysup Long story short, my ring fell out of my pocket and got run over by a car. Sam Dial and their goldsmith were able to fix one of my favorite things in the world and it’s back on my finger. Thank you so much for saving my ring

Wendi Chen I’m so pleased with the one-of-a-kind Apache Sage Picture Jasper pendant that I just bought at Jim Chow Jewelry! I had been eying this particular piece for a while, as the unique landscape pattern of the stone really stood out to me. As a visual artist, I can’t help but marvel at the colors and composition of this pendant! Rachel was lovely to talk to and she delightedly explained all the different types of stones in the various pieces. All in all a great experience; I will definitely be back!

Logan Silverberg First off: special shout out to Sam Altman of the University Village location in Seattle, WA. He took the time to educate me on what to look for in diamonds and settings, explained all the options, and even helped me pick a few different combinations of stone and settings. I loved the fact that I could see each individual diamond online at high magnification and 360 degree view. It really helped me pick the perfect stone. I also loved that I could see how various shapes would look on every single setting available. My only qualm is that FedEx is a terrible courier and delivered my package a week later than scheduled on 2nd Day shipping due to a myriad of problems. I wish Brilliant Earth would use a different courier.

Damien McBride I have been coming to this longtime family owned shop for years. Their fair and honest way of doing business is refreshing.
