Rachel Tiffany Diamonds and Pounders is a girls best friend! The staff here has always been so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have been a customer here for years and I can confidently say that this is the best jewelry store in Spokane. They have all my jewelry needs and service them so well. Not to mention that when they need a good clean, they look brand new when I get it back! Spokane is blessed to have the jewelry store here! Thank you Pounders!

Chelsea Jordan My husband and I purchased our first wedding sets from Warrens 10 years ago. Within the last few years we were exploring an upgrade, especially approaching our 10 year anniversary. We traveled to Mexico recently and about 2 weeks before leaving we popped into Warrens to see what options they had. Lynel greeted me with a smile and said "come over and show me what youre thinking". She was genuine, kind, easy to talk to and never once made things feel uncomfortable. I also respected that she stayed within my price range. We found a new ring I fell in love with. Over the next couple of days, my husband and I went back, shopped for a beautiful diamond (an experience Ive never had) and confirmed our new purchase. My husband wanted me to have it for Mexico because we were there for Valentines Day. Lynel and her team made this dream come to fruition in a matter of days. I could not stop smiling the day I was able to wear my ring and still catch myself staring at it often; it is PERFECTION!!! The entire experience was amazing and seamless. Jessee Taylor I had to take a moment to share the incredible customer service I’ve experienced at JLewis Jewelry—not just once, but multiple times over the years. Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ll be coming back to JLewis Jewelry for all my diamond and gold needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Laura L. M. I really loved my first experience at Hidden Gem. It is indeed an hidden gem on Bainbridge Island! From crystals, to jewelry, to Tarot and Oracle, from encense, candles and books. Greeting cards and notebook, meditation items... Also, I really appreciate when theres demo decks of Tarot and oracles, it helps a lot to get a feeling of what each deck is about, touch the cards, etc. Youll have a good time here and will surely find a little something special for yourself or a loved one. Got my first stones ever here, and Im happy that I supported this small business! And the two employees there when I passed by were both very nice.

Helen Warner I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!
