Taylor S I absolutely love this store. I was visiting Seattle and made sure to swing by. Thanks to traffic I made it to the shop with 5 min to spare before closing. Miranda stayed open for me. Let me take my time shopping and recommended a lot of pieces and just made my visit so amazing. I have been buying from And Arlen online for 4 years now. Almost all of my jewelry is from this shop (my absolute favorite being the fidget rings and ear cuffs!!!). If you’re looking for a wonderful place to get beautiful handmade jewelry I cannot recommend this shop enough. They also do custom pieces. Juls pulido I went to jewelry exchange in Renton where I bought my ring it broke but when I took it back they repaired it in two hours at no cost. very nice people good customer service very understanding and what I liked they put the customers first. Will continue to shop and purchase my diamonds there.

Jodi McClain I have to take a moment to rave about my experience with Don. My husband and I decided somewhat last minute to renew our vows. It was something that we have been thinking about for a while and we knew we wanted to get new rings to exchange. We had looked all over at basically every jewelry store you can think of in the mall or online. I was not finding what I was envisioning in my mind anywhere. That’s when I decided to try to contact a private jeweler and see if we could custom design something. I happened to reach out to Don kind of on a whim after driving by and seeing his store. I let him know the scenario and that we were in somewhat a tight window of five weeks to when I would need the jewelry by. He was very prompt and accommodating to get me into the store to talk about my ideas that I had. From the initial meeting, to picking out my diamonds, to my wax design, and finally to my final product, I could not be more ecstatic! He walked us through every step of the way. It was so exciting to see the vision come to life. Now my husband and I both have one of a kind pieces to cherish forever. I am truly thankful for Don and his craftsmanship.

Caroline was the one who helped us out and she was absolutely amazing!! She was sweet, understanding, and did everything in her power to make things right for us. Caroline, Willow, and Mehrzad all worked together to come with a solution for my husband and I. I am very grateful for them because I was able to walk out with a ring. These ladies are AMAZING.
