Jade Marie Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

The staff treats me with kindness and attentiveness whether I make a purchase or not. Other jewelers wont give me care and service if they dont believe theyll get a sale. So I keep returning here. Just bought a certified diamond and I love it.

Jessica Bushman Fairhaven Gold is the best local jeweller around town. Take your business here and they will knock it out of the park. Far more than 5 stars is deserved here. I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Casey Younger Super pleased with our experience here! Id been in in the past to get jewelry swapped out for my cartilage piercings, but this was my first piercing experience at Silver Safari. I was looking for a place for my 7 year old to get her earlobes pierced that didnt entail a piercing gun or "gunless cartridge" (which is just the bit from inside the piercing gun operated by hand). A few weeks prior I took my daughter in so she could see the place and we could ask questions and see her piercing jewelry options. Then on 6/16/25 we came in on a Monday after school. My daughter was excited, but still nervous about the unknown. We got Amanda and she was AWESOME. Back in a private piercing room Amanda explained the process to my daughter and was patient as my daughter asked questions (not just talking past my daughter to me). Then during the piercing she still talked her through it, and brought in a second piercer to do both lobes at the same time. They were quick and professional and my daughter who freaks out in tears at the doctor with shots didnt even cry once! Within 10 seconds of the piercing she was totally calm. And she was thrilled when she saw herself in the mirror with pierced ears! And then again, Amanda patiently listed to my daughters aftercare questions too. We never felt rushed. And I can safely say they are great with kids too. Immediately after Amanda also did a conch piercing for me, which was also very smooth. It was about 45 minutes total from when we initially walked in and took a number to walking out with piercing complete. Its now 10 days later and both our piecers are looking great. My daughter was able to get the comfortable flat backs due to the needle piercing, and has not complained once about any pain in the healing process or during our daily cleaning. Her ears also have not looked red or irritated since piercing day. I would definitely recommend Silver Safari to any parents looking for a place to safely pierce their kids ears and have a positive experience. Thank you Amanda!!!!
