After a horrible experience with a large chain jeweler (they lost my antique wedding band and lied about it for months, long story) I was nervous taking my wedding band set to be cleaned and inspected. Well, one day, I noticed a bad prong on my engagement ring and knew I needed to just get it done. I found Jewelry Dr. via Google and couldnt be happier! They saw me right away as a walk in, immediately inspected my set, identified the problem and even found two cracked diamonds in my wedding band! They were able to complete the work promptly and in house which was amazing. They had honest, fair pricing and shined my rings up like new. Ill definitely be back to have inspections, further repairs and cleanings!

Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Rachael Decker Nancy worked with me to design the most beautiful custom wedding band! My engagement ring is kind of a funky shape, and I was very particular about wanting the band totally flush. She worked with her wax carver to design me the ring of my dreams for a super reasonable price (in record time, might I add!), and gave me a great deal on a wedding band for my fiancé. Kathleen N Very happy with the service from Chris - the manager who helped pick out our purchases, Jennifer, as well as Tony who did a fantastic job resizing. They even did the rhodium plating for a ring we got somewhere else without us having to ask so the whole set looks super shiny together. Got them all done within an afternoon. Love the selections they have, more unique and creative than other places I have looked at. Highly recommend!

Jay Cushnie I went to Bellevue Coin in Bellevue to sell some gold coins. I easily set up an appointment on-line to speak with a representative. After I checked in at the store I was helped at my appointed time. The rep. Mark was friendly, welcoming and we did our transaction standing at the counter. Mark knew his stuff, explained the sale procedure and walked us through the value of the coins. I got a fair deal and was pleased with the service and the well-lighted facility which has parking and is easily accessible. I am definitely going back to sell some other “stuff” to Bellevue Coin in Bellevue.

Juan Escalante EXCELLENT jewelry repair. My wife took several pieces of jewelry for repair: herringbone, chain, tube bracelet and earrings. Some of the pieces were previously described as unrepairable by other jewelers. They were all made to look brand new.

Beyond my wildest expectations, and I knew what it looked like from the cad drawings! Molly and her team were phenomenal to work with, so knowledgeable and helpful! I cant say enough about how wonderful my ring and this store is! I ended up with a necklace from them and Ill be getting another custom ring from them with my grandmothers sapphire! Absolute joy to work with and I am so in awe of how beautiful my ring came out!
