What impressed me even more was seeing another customer, who wasn’t making a purchase, being treated with the same level of care and respect. That level of consistency shows it’s not just about closing a sale here. I was offered a seat and some water while browsing, which made the experience feel thoughtful and unrushed. The store itself was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the luxury vibe. It’s conveniently located in a busy area with ample parking nearby. 5 /5 Jessica Da Rocha: Stores like this can tend to be very discriminatory towards people that dont appear wealthy or look a certain way, but I had an absolutely amazing experience here. The sales associate was so kind and happy to chat with me and even allowed me to try some things on. I am interested in purchasing a couple of pieces in the upcoming months as I am expecting large bonuses from my job and I was very pleased with the attitude I experienced here. I wish I had gotten her name, Id love to order my pieces from her!! Ive been to other designer stores that clearly look down on people like me. Its so wonderful to meet people who genuinely love their jobs!

1 /5 Vivienne Zheng: I have been with Tiffany for more than a decade and I thought I pay for the service when I bought their silver stuff. However, the other day I walked in and they told me they charge 20$/piece for cleaning. What a joke!!! Cause every time the cleaned silver rings do not last for 3 months! Nice try Tiffany!

1 /5 Shradha Verma: Echoing the terrible discriminatory service. The discrimination based on race is so real here, you will feel it. I have shopped at Tiffany before on the east coast but I think their standard of hiring since LVHM acquisition has become non existent. We were about to buy our wedding bands which were about $3,000 each and the guy who “helped” us didn’t even offer us a seat. The couple who were just “browsing” as we heard them say, got nice seats and champagne. Honestly, nothing against the couple, but we are getting married and picking our forever rings - may be we are just not worthy of a seat being born in the wrong race? We will stick to Harry Winston and Van Cleef. We don’t think we meet or deserve Tiffany’s high standards. How sad for us.
