We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Mike Money Fred fixed my wifes wedding ring! I took in the ring to get it evaluated for estimate. Freds pricing was very reasonable! He is very knowledgeable and explained exactly how to fix the ring. Luckily for my wife and I we didnt lose the diamond that was hanging by a thread! Fred took the ring that day and had it sparkling new just a few days later. Him and his wife Daina are the nicest most loveliest couple! Heather A Adams Over the last few weeks I have been to Sanford Design about four times and have had great service each time I went. The first time I went, I had a bunch of my beloved jewelry that has been broken or in disrepair restored. It was done in just a few days and now it feels like I have a whole new treasure chest back. I went back another time to have a ring cut off that I haven’t taken off in 10 years to have it cleaned and repaired and restored. It was quick and painless. I went back another time to get my husband’s watch opened and to get the battery replaced and while it was too large to fit the tool available, I went back a final time on the morning of my wedding to buy the most beautiful Pearl earrings that absolutely completed the look for my special day. I had seen them each time I went in, and I’m so glad I followed my intuition to get them. The service is always super sweet and quick and the prices are truly affordable when you take stock of what you’re really getting.
