We bought my engagement ring and my husband’s wedding ring here, and we’ll be buying my band in the near future. Anytime we stop in they offer to clean my ring and it comes back to life. They also have bags of cheap sterling silver jewelry if you ask, we probably spent an hour once going through everything. Can’t say enough good things about Connections, its the only place we buy high quality jewelry from!

Shari is very responsive, professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. We end up spending more time than “necessary” because I truly enjoy her company. She will work very hard to get you the timepiece you want. She is an absolute treasure! Also a shout out to BB because their store is beautiful and they have many other outstanding salespeople.

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Can you tell she loves dogs? Lol! Oh yeah, and she said "YES"!

Tabs planty world Came to get a bracelet fixed, I KNOW I gave them all the pieces but when I went to pick it up the lady gave me a new one because she wasnt able to find a piece for the one I brought in. Amazing with customers and I recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful jewelry there!

Mina Moscatelli Wonderful experience creating a custom engagement ring of our dreams! The custom process was well explained and smooth from the start. I felt respected and heard during the design stage (which I cannot say for other places I checked out) - Mari carefully took notes of all my wants and worked closely with me to build a gorgeous digital render of a ring that I loved. The final product was even more stunning than we could have imagined! M&M did an amazing job with the ring and they were a joy to work with. Highly recommend M&M Studio for creating a custom engagement ring!

Genesis Middlebos I absolutely cannot praise my experience with Austins enough. From the moment my fiance and I walked through the door we were treated like family and Sue was the most patient, kind guide as we took the time to really ponder and design our dream ring. The price was more affordable than main stream department stores for a custom piece of significantly higher quality. My soon to be husband and I will not be shopping anywhere else for our jewelry needs for as long as we live in Spokane. Stop in, you wont regret it.

Teo Kaiba Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.
