She is always incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the craft, helping me find the perfect piece (every time) without ever feeling rushed or pressured. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding—every item sparkles with craftsmanship and care. I have purchased several pieces, and I’ve received so many compliments on them all. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the personalized service; they truly go above and beyond to make sure youre happy. Whether you’re shopping for something special or just browsing, this Zales is top notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for future gifts and maybe a little something for myself, too. I first met Fabiola about 5 years ago and have noticed that the Costumer Service in the store is 5 star. Fabi always greets me, remembers me, and is always personable and friendly. She is super attentive and strikes me as being a kind human. I recommend this store for your diamond needs and wants.
