Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!

John Dearing My wife ordered a dress to be shipped to the store closest to us when the dress arrived at the store it was damaged so we requested a replacement due to manufacturing error and was told it would cost us an additional $21 dollars, my wife paid it, when she told me I went back in to get her a refund because it makes no sense to charge more for a dress we already paid for, due to us needing a new one due to manufacturing errors when I asked the store clerk why it would cost more she explained that the system would not alow her to reduce the price to what we originally paid, thankfully she was still able to give us our $21 dollars back and we just took the damaged dress. Im very disappointed in the companys system not allowing a replacement to be sent at the same price we paid when the damaged was on the company.

Tara Jackson One of the better stores in the B/CS mall. The staff was super sweet, I asked them to help me pick out some jewelry for a dress and they were happy to do so. I wish there was more space, the store does feel a bit cramped, but they still have a good selection of clothes and jewelry.

I needed to exchange a gift I got for my birthday and Sarah spent time learn what I liked and offered so many suggestions and let me try on different things. I needed to stay within a certain budget and she tried a few combinations of things that I liked to see what would work with getting the LPP. I left this Zales so happy and satisfied. Then she offered to clean my jewelry. Highly recommend them.

Tony Ku I dropped off a 2008 Submariner for service that was running 1 minutes behind (never serviced) a few weeks ago and got it back today in perfect runnning condition! I cant thank enough for Elijah and Andrew for their outstanding service that my wife and I received. My wife ended up purchasing an Omega Speedmaster 38 as well. Great place and great service.

Julyssa Vasquez The sales associate was the SWEETEST human ever. They gave my niece the cutest little hello kitty pin from their own personal lanyard to match her new mermaid fairy outfit!!! Give this lovely human a raise OMG!!!! Wish we got a name. Beautiful human being! My sister’s piercing came out cute too
