2 /5 John Dearing: My wife ordered a dress to be shipped to the store closest to us when the dress arrived at the store it was damaged so we requested a replacement due to manufacturing error and was told it would cost us an additional $21 dollars, my wife paid it, when she told me I went back in to get her a refund because it makes no sense to charge more for a dress we already paid for, due to us needing a new one due to manufacturing errors when I asked the store clerk why it would cost more she explained that the system would not alow her to reduce the price to what we originally paid, thankfully she was still able to give us our $21 dollars back and we just took the damaged dress. Im very disappointed in the companys system not allowing a replacement to be sent at the same price we paid when the damaged was on the company.
