5 /5 Scarlet Obergh: Alex R with the anti eyebrow and awesome ears was very nice and respectful, completely helped out, made sure i had the correct bar length, guided me to the jewel i needed, and told me about the B3G1 deal, made sure of the gauge, and was extremely cleanly and sanitary. I put my tongue ring in my tongue right after buying, and the bar was sterile, extremely clean and very well quality jewelry. The prices were amazing, i came with my friends and were scrounging money up so i could get new jewelry for my piercings, he was patient, nice and a super cool dude!!! i really loved this place.

5 /5 Brianna Sanchez: got my ears pierced 08/26, & the customer service was great! They were both super friendly and helped me decide which earring would look best for me. The man, I believe his name is Robert, walked me through the whole process of piercing, and aftercare. He gave me a count down while also mentoring his coworker on how to pierce. I received a punch card, and an aftercare mist bottle. It is now 8/30 and my piercing is healing great !! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back !
