Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! I was directed to a couple of chain stores, which I had already been to with no success as their selections were meager, and this shop which was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Its in a residential area, so I was expecting something simple and quaint. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! They have a large selection of raw stones for $10 a pound outside and an even larger selection of polished crystals and minerals inside! The selection of Tarot Cards was absolutely perfect because I immediately found the deck I was looking for. They have a surprisingly large selection of metaphysical tools for all stages of your spiritual journey inside as well. I could barely drag myself out of this place, but I had laundry in at a laundromat. The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. They made helpful and informative suggestions based upon my conversational feedback. They really listened and paid attention. It was truly an immersive and customized experience for me.
