Figured since we were driving through Fredericksburg, we’d go see what we could find. Joe is absolutely AMAZING, and helped me get my Navajo pearl collection started with some gorgeous pieces. Emily K. Had the most outstanding experience with an employee named Nikki today. My mom was looking for a ring, as she has aged her wedding ring is too big and wide, and she wanted something smaller. She is 82 and mobility is a struggle, she doesn’t get out very much, and it’s a sensitive time- my dad has recently passed. Nikki was so kind and patient, helping her to find her new ring size and showed her a variety of shapes and types of rings. My mom was thrilled with the selection and assistance. I am so grateful for the time and attention to customer service! And it wasn’t just Nikki! I overheard other employees talking to customers, they were so impressive! It’s been a long time since I have been to a store where I have had an experience like that. I will definitely be back! Nikki also gave me a card for a jeweler if I’d like to get my mom’s wedding ring sized, very thoughtful!

He also walked me through purchasing an Aggie ring wrap and made the whole process so easy. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Cheryl Collins Pearland Jewelry repaired my grandmother’s wedding ring for me and did a beautiful job. The prongs were broken because of 70 years of wear and the ring is platinum. The coordinating band was made at a later time and was white gold, which was wearing off and needed dipped. Then I needed to increase it two sizes in order to wear on my right hand. All these repairs were done at a reasonable cost and in 4 days!! I am thrilled!

He even took the time to show me how his xray technology measured the amount of metal in precious metal. Top notch out fit and would highly recommend him to everyone.
