Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work. Kevin Went to Kay Jewelers at Firewheel Town Center just on a whim to look at anniversary rings with no intention of purchasing on this day. Janie greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. She and her staff, Alexia and Alex, took the time to make recommendations and show us several styles of rings.
