After our incredible & beautiful engagement, we quickly began discussing the steps towards designing my wedding band. The establishment is a full service Jewelers including in house repairs, show room, and custom design. I was highly impressed by the turn around time on my repair and my rings looked stunning. The work was beautifully done and the cost beat the other competitors. The repair was fully explained upon drop off and was exactly as described upon pick up. Which, for me, shows integrity. Long story short, after a rather unfortunate incident that required my ring to be cut off my finger, I was heartbroken and brought my ring to Avior. I had already been in the idea of replacing my center stone and they assured me they could do it and fix my ring at the same time. I was given a time frame and they exceeded my expectations and had my ring done 2 days sooner!! I found myself looking at their beautiful collection and another ring caught my eye! Prices are amazing and I left with my wedding ring more charming than ever and an anniversary gift for myself too!! I have never seen my ring sparkle more! I don’t see myself shopping for jewelry anywhere else again! Alex Lupulescu I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!
