Katie Marshall Angelo and Tristan saved us! We just got my daughters ears pierced a few days ago and lost an earring playing softball! Tristan has been my go-to for all jewelry and we met Angelo today and he helped us get it together and quickly cleaned the earrings, her ears, and helped us to get them in before they closed up! He processed everything quickly and helped calm frazzled mom nerves! They were quick and got us hooked up with a pair to replace the ones we lost. Kindness and empathy with a bruised teen ego made for a huge difference! Thank you!!!

Henry McCarty I recently encountered this jewerly store due to my grandson purchasing a necklace.After he purchased the necklace with in a 3 weeks the clasp become defective (not working).I went to the store to see about a replacement ,after going back and fourth with the salesman and not getting anywhere. I went ahead and had to send it in to be fixed. I paid 27 dollars to repair a necklace that was only purchased 3 week prior. I was not happy about this as my grandson had just turned 15 on the date of purchase.I displayed my disatifcation on this. The owner Shawn contacted me and offered to replace the necklace and to refund my cost for the repair. I met Shawn today at his store and was replaced with a warm welcome and replacement necklace for my grandson. I am truly sorry for posting a negative review on a previous post (that was removed) after speaking with Shawn .I will always come here first on any jewerly purchases in the future. You have earned my trust and thankyou for taking care of this. P.S. Good luck of the fishing trip dont for get to look for the colored apts.

Nick Tabbatha was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I walked in carrying a bag from a competitor, and I didn’t even realize we were in the wrong store because the entire team was so welcoming. Tabbatha kindly adjusted a temporary sizer for her ring and was incredibly pleasant throughout. Only after helping us did she gently let us know about the mix-up. It’s incredible how one person’s kindness can brighten your day. I’d definitely consider returning—top-notch service!

Ashlee Nelson This place is my go to for all my luxury jewelry and watch needs. Their selection is massive, especially my favorite Roberto Coin, and I love seeing what new Rolexes they get in stock. But my favorite thing about this store, and the real reason I keep coming back, is Judy. Ask for Judy and she will delight you with all things sparkly from a glass of Prosecco to diamonds. You will leave happy and are in the best of hands with my girl Judy.

Rich Reyes I use to be always on the hunt for a good deal when It come to buying quality jewelry either during the holidays birthdays especially on valentines day. But for the past 4 or 5 yrs or so I no longer search and have found my go to spot and have become a regular there. Not only do they have great service very educated on pricing on todays market.but when leaving never mad about how much I spend cause. I know I got a good deal . Spend about a hundred bucks on silver your for sure to walk out with a couple rings and a couple chains with pendants and a bracelet for sure . Alex Lupulescu I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!

Christi Hartman Mark at Patriot stocks unique hard to find items at a fair price! I purchased a retired James Avery bracelet from him to replace the one stolen from my husband several years back and I was shocked how reasonable the price was. Will definitely check in periodically for more rare finds!
