Anna Bible Just wanted to share how much I love Grace and Gratitude Store in JC! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with such a peaceful, welcoming vibe—it’s truly a little sanctuary. The owner, Megan, is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She goes above and beyond to help with any questions, especially when it comes to supplements and wellness. Her own line of natural products is amazing, and you can really tell she puts care and intention into everything she offers. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re into natural health, good energy, and genuine customer care.

Dung Le I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift. Update: Darlene helped me with this situation and gave me better explanation to what happen. Thank you for your help and being kind.

Megan Lee Lillie Nichole was kind, patient, and personable. After mentioning my struggle with anklets falling off in the past, she explained everything about permanent jewelry, from pricing to the differences in chains, metal types, and the charms I could add, etc. She has so many options to choose from! She helped me decide on the perfect anklet and let me walk around with it to size it correctly. I love my anklet so much. Her studio is also super cute. Thanks Nichole!

Cesar From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. I want to give a special shout out to Jeremy — he really took care of me! He answered all my questions, gave me very fair and reasonable prices, and made the whole experience flawless. I’ll be honest, I came in skeptical because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other jewelry stores and pawn shops where I felt scammed. I shared those concerns with Jeremy, and he went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and that I had complete confidence in my purchase. This shop completely changed my view of pawn shops. I’ll definitely be returning and bringing business here in the future. Highly recommend!

Michael Middleman Magro I had the most pleasant time having a very precious stone set into a new band. The Jeweler Mr. Phillip takes his time with every minor detail. Everything was polished, rounded, and shining as you would hope it to be. I couldnt be more thankful to have brought my stone and ring here. They not only do incredible work, but have some of the best hospitality.

I loved the variety and talent packed in this store. You need to have plenty of time to stroll around the store and take it all in. Jewelry, clothes, home decor, candles, bags, purses, bedding, baby things the list goes on and on. A definite stop to add to your shopping list!

Anthony Williams I love this place. The quality is good, the price’s reasonable, the staff always warm and helpful (even during the holiday rush hours). I also like the customization aspect where you can create your own jewelry. Oh, and the adjacent cafe has tasty treats.
