John Coffey Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. My fiancé an I came in with 2 rings worth 4 thousand dollars. Research was done as well as our original receipts which they did not know we had. The man that helped us was snooty an told us “they weren’t worth much”. Then proceeded to offer us 240 dollars. All while treating us like we didn’t know what we doing an trying to pull one over on us. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this establishment as he then proceeded to flick the box of rings back in our direction when we told him no. Do not give them your business.

Luis was very helpful and was able to tell me my silver necklace was indeed real. I also got an MCM bag for a great price. Overall super friendly and knowledgeable staff working there. Elizabeth Ashley Buck MJ was so caring and sweet to me today. I have never had anyone care for my jewelry as much as I do. She inspected my bracelet for the charms to make sure they were placed properly on my bracelet correctly, and found that my clasp was wrong and ordered it to be corrected when my new charm was placed. I have never had this done to my bracelet before. MJ then helped me with an exchange of my anklet, and painstakingly counted each little heart to ensure my charms were replaced perfectly spaced, and perfectly positioned; counting 20 of them between each charm. Then ordered each of them to be placed on my anklet with the correct silver smaller pieces so they look and feel better. The original silver connectors were the large ones intended for the bracelets. In all my years of purchasing jewelry from James Avery, I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service. Correction, never in my life, have I been treated so nice. Turned my day around in an instant. This will be my store now and forever.

Unlike the first place, I was quoted around half the price and my ring was carefully inspected for its setting and condition. The repair work needed was fully described to me And all my questions answered. The turnaround time was good, the price was fair, and the service was personalized and knowledgeable. I picked up the ring today and I’m very pleased with the quality of the work. While there, my wedding ring and earrings I was wearing were also all cleaned and inspected.ute was helpful and delightful! Mterry5932 If you absolutely love Leopard print, this is the place for you! Lots of fun leopard print clothes right now (but not limited to that). They have lots of super comfy leggings, a HUGE $1 bow wall, jewelry for kids and adults, other bows that are more then $1, shoes, sunglasses, etc. adult size women’s clothing store. Owner is one of the sweetest, coolest people and has a wonderful team. This is the perfect store for cruise wear clothing (except no swimsuits). You can make a day of it by having Salty Dogs for lunch, shop at Lil Monkey, then go to that adorable cupcake store next door for a delicious desert! I believe there’s a home decor store too but I’ve never been in there.
