1 /5 lane pamplin: I’m really dissatisfied with my ring. My fiancé and I originally purchased a ring in March ($2,700.00) and asked that it be made thicker than the model we were shown, but the result was still only 1.9 mm. My fiancé proposed in May, and after just three months of wear, the ring had started warping. I worked with Colin and he had the ring sent back to the manufacturer and made thicker at 2.5mm for an additional $600.00. I’ve just picked up my new ring and got home to realize it’s even more crooked an uneven than before. I wish I could take it to a different jeweler to be remade, but that would effectively void the warranty, and we’ve already sunk over $3,000.00 into this ring at Diamonds Direct. This workmanship is incredibly sloppy and I wish that there was some type of quality control in place. I’ve contacted Colin again, but I’m not confident that the ring will be remade well unless handled by a different manufacturer.

Tang was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the entire process to help us create the right ring. She helped us narrow down our search until we found the right band then provided options of diamonds so we could get an idea of what the ring would look like. It looks even better than we imagined and my fiancée absolutely loves her ring.
