Michael Morris The staff at this location have gone above and beyond for me! My 93 year old grandmother broke her ring finger and could no longer wear her engagement ring. After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her. This small gesture made such a difference to me that I will only shop at this location from now on. Truly thank you to Kristy, Debbie and the James Avery staff in Georgetown for your help and everything you did for me. You all are nothing short of amazing!

They have beautiful jewelry, especially engagement rings, but also all types of jewelry. Also, they are located in a very cute area in the Heights on 19th St. and super cute walkable stores all around.

Paul Lanzillotti I almost never leave public reviews, but in this case its warranted. M&R had a highly sought after wristwatch in stock that I could not find anywhere for months. I ordered it online from their website, they sent it out the very next day (Im halfway across the country) with a tracking number. It just arrived and the watch is exactly as described. It came with all the trimmings as well - even a nice velvet gift bag. On that note, this is really going to make a great gift that didnt break the bank. In fact, I cant believe the deal I got. Paid retail price when everywhere else is selling it for more. Im definitely going to buy again at some point. If Im ever in the great state of Texas, Ill try and stop on by to say thanks in person.

Sandy Barton They are absolutely awesome to deal with! The entire transaction was incredibly smooth. Le Danni truly went above and beyond in fixing a nightmare situation we had with another jeweler (who sells diamonds internationally). They repaired everything the other jeweler messed up — and did it exactly how we wanted, at about half the cost of what a different local jeweler quoted us. The level of personal attention we received was unsurpassable. You honestly can’t go wrong working with them. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Le Danni, for turning our nightmare into a true dream.
