Lavita Sartin This place is beyond 5 stars. I have my suspicions that Joe, the owner, is a magician of sorts!! In all seriousness, he took my wedding ring that had pretty much been destroyed and handed me back the same ring which looked EVEN BETTER than when my husband bought it at some high dollar jewelry store in Amarillo. I am still amazed at the outstanding job he did! I would recommend Joe to people from all over the Panhandle, state of Texas, or anywhere else. Yes, he is that good! Jimmy Lowe Helzberg Diamonds store in McAllen Texas. Went in to see about resizing a ring. Was greeted in a friendly manner and asked how they could help us. Prompt attention to our needs were handled by 3 different employees. Each of which worked in a very professional manner, especially Norma. She displayed a very experienced and knowledgeable ethic. This was our third jewelry store in La Plaza Mall to shop at and the first to treat us as good neighbors even though we were from out of town. Resizing the ring was not a problem. While there she noticed some other jewelry of ours needed cleaning. That was taken care of at no charge. The end result was us purchasing a new gold necklace we had been thinking about, as well as, feeling like we had made some new friends.
