Arlee Lynch Had my wedding rings resized and the center sapphire had fallen out, so they repaired the prongs and put it all back together again beautifully. The second picture the bottom ring one of the diamonds on the side fell out and they put it back in its place and it looks brand new. Thank you for the excellent, fast service and friendly sales people, your prices are amazing. Im eyeing one of your rings you have in the store. Ill be back and Im letting all my friends know about your store.

David Garza Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day. Alice J Beautiful store. Visited this location after being disappointed with a different location, and we were very pleased. There were plenty of customers, but someone greeted us immediately. After browsing another 10 minutes or so, another person greeted us again. Everyone there was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had, all with a smile. Shopping was a breeze. We purchased a couple of charms and were on our way in no time. They even took the time to remind us of the Mothers Day special, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location.

Cody Owens I went into the store looking for a gift for my fiance but had no idea what to get her. The girls working were very helpful and assisted me in picking out a great gift of a navajo turquoise piece, a candle, an outfit, and they even gift wrapped it for me. My fiance was thoroughly impressed with the gifts that the girls helped me pick out and she told me " feel free to shop there anytime for me!" Needless to say I will be returning. Great customer service, great selection even for men.
