Lynnann - Sid’s Mum An unexpected phenomenal experience. Went in with a local, her most favorite jewelry shop in Texas, and now I know why. Charm and historical significance for days; in addition to gorgeous selection of jewelry! Thereafter, the service was absolutely impeccable! They’ve got something for everyone, in every price range. They kindly offered to clean our jewelry, we left something for repair and then spent a half hour listening to the jewelry woman’s (Debbie?) historical stories and passion for her beloved state of Texas. If you’re in Grapevine; you should definitely drop by!!!

Jenna Horak Herfort Diamond Ring Factory really went above and beyond for me. I needed my setting to be raised up to sit flush with my band and they did exactly that! They are so helpful, nice, and know exactly what to do. They take their time and make sure everything is flawless they my ring better than i could have ever imagined and it’s truly perfect. When you walk in the door they really treat you like family and they have the best customer service. I will forever go to them with all my jewelry needs and will recommend them to everyone!

We have never shopped for rings before and he made the process very easy and it was not intimidating. He mentioned he was new to the store but he handled us as if he had been there for years. Mark A. Conlon I love Franzetti. They are family owned and treat us like family every time we’ve shopped there. I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time. Josh Brought a chain and watch in at 4pm on a Saturday, it was ready by 5pm. Great work and always reliable. I’ve taking many things over the years and have always been extremely happy with the work. Would 100% recommend.

Camron Blake Texas Rose boutique is my favorite place to come shop in Bryan! The staff is so welcoming and makes you feel like family every time you come in the door. They always have the CUTEST clothes on the floor and I love that they carry every size! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to do some fun shopping!

brianna horner I brought my ring in with a badly damaged prong, and Jordan did an incredible job fixing it. He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!
