G M 5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice ! Give her a raise , she really represents your brand very well .

Luis was very helpful and was able to tell me my silver necklace was indeed real. I also got an MCM bag for a great price. Overall super friendly and knowledgeable staff working there. Brian Adkins Great shop on the strand with a little bit of everything inside. If you cant find something you like for a gift, a souvenir, or just something for yourself, then you wont find it. The shop is well laid out, the employees have great customer service, are very knowledgeable, and the owner is great. It will be one of the best stops you make when you are on the island.

Jesse Del Villar I’ve used Rendon twice now and it’s been nothing short of Amazing to work with them. In the first occasion they flawlessly repaired my wife’s engagement ring after it had been run over. Couldn’t even tell something had happened there. Second occasion they fixed my gold cuban link necklace. Once again fantastic workmanship. In both instances the pricing was very affordable (necklace repair $20 (don’t recall the ring cost)) and insanely fast. They had my wife’s ring done before our wedding which was only a couple days after it had been damaged, and they had my necklace ready in just a day! I will always return here, friendly folks, affordable and fast!
