Stirling Lockwood Great little family shop. I brought in a variety of family heirlooms for cleaning and repairs and they did a fantastic job on everything. They restored some of my grandmothers pieces to like new even after they had sat in a drawer for 30 years. You cant even tell they were broken or tarnished. I also really appreciate that they do all of their in house. I had reached out to a few other shops but they wanted to mail my things to a restoration company in another state for repairs. Here at least I knew who was working on my jewelry and where it was. It really brought me peace of mind. I had a set of amethyst stones that they made into a beautiful pair of earrings for me. They helped me pick the setting and everything. The two gentlemen I worked with were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!

Tara Mustafa What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms. Cannot wait to add to our collection with the next special occasion!

Shayla Dukes My best friend and I went in today for a repair and Alexis was the best! I ended up getting mine polished as well. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful! It was so refreshing to encounter someone so incredibly nice to start off our day! We are already planning a trip to come back for another bracelet!

Justin Osowski I’m skeptical by nature. Went in to the Fredericksburg location with the wife. Began talking with Kean and he offered to put two of their test patches on my back (where I have had constant pain for years). He explained to me the way their frequency jewelry works, and where it benefits us in our normal life. My wife and I walked around for the rest of the day, and my back felt like I was 15 years younger. Went back the next day and bought one of their tungsten frequency bracelets. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in my overall pain. I know the six hour drive home was a LOT better than the drive down! Kean is very knowledgeable, helpful, and upfront. The store is very nice and prices are very reasonable. Will visit next time we are in town. Also plan on getting a cross necklace for our 16 year old who is super active in sports.

Isabel Gloria Lana was the best! My finance brought me to the store for Mother’s Day to pick out an engagement ring. We are young and not the richest people in the world so the first ring I liked was too pricey but Lana was so determined to get me walking out with a new ring. After we were approved for a lease amount she helped me find the PERFECT ring that was even better than the one I originally wanted. She was kind, considerate and helpful through the entire process. We will definitely be back for more jewelry in the future to work with Lana!

George Salazar Very helpful and friendly people! The young man up front is always willing and able to help and give his professional advise. The lady came from the back of the store with a huge welcoming smile. Always have a nice experience when I go in. From buying to getting repairs, its always an easy transaction. No pressure to buy, never charge for their professional opinion. He cleaned my pendant coin with no charge! Will do business with them again!
