Nghia Le I’ve been to many boutiques, but this one truly impressed me with its exceptional customer service. Noah and his team made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. Bryan was fantastic and let me try on any watch I wanted. I learned a lot during the process. I initially came in looking for a Tudor, but I ended up walking out with a beautiful vintage Rolex at an amazing price. I couldn’t be happier! I’m definitely coming back to get all my watch service here and make more purchases in the future.

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! Schery Nielson The work was beautiful but I was promised in 2 weeks it took over 2 weeks and when I went to pick up my repairs I was thinking around $200 and it was over $700! If I had known it was going to be that much I would have never had the repairs done. And the one ring that was to be sized is still to big. I won’t go back. Update! I got a call from Jenna very sweet lady. She went over all my concerns there were a few miscommunications and we got everything worked out. Thanks again Jenna! Update: Refund was in my bank and now it’s gone today. What happened??
