Not only for repairs, not only for great prices, not only for a great selection, but great ideas and customer service. Jesse helped me customize gifts for my husband, my father and my sons. My husband bought me gifts from Jesse as well. Even when my sons came of age, they bought from him as well. I wish we lived close enough, weve yet to find anyone as good or fair as Jesse in Gold Works. Highly recommend.

I brought in some gold and rings, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable deal. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done “in the back.” He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. The shop is located in a sleek, bougie building that was super easy to find—just a quick 37-minute drive from Sherman straight up 75. Allen is one of those people who feels like an instant friend. I truly appreciate his great customer service and honesty, and I’ll be sending everyone I know to him. God bless you, Allen, and thank you for making this such a pleasant experience!

Sofia Newcomer I had such an amazing experience at Tannenbaum! I brought in one of my wedding bands as it had lost a stone and it had sustained some other damage—Michael looked at the ring and was so helpful, he let me know exactly what the jeweler would do to help repair it. I also love that they will send you a quote and wait for your approval before moving forward with any repairs. The cost was more than fair and when I went to pick it up, it looked good as new!! It only took about a week to get the repairs done as their jewelers are on site. It was such a positive experience that I took a very sentimental and precious diamond necklace into the store to be redesigned—Beatrice helped me with this and she was so kind and lovely and knew exactly what I had imagined for my new piece. They also cleaned my other rings for me and sent me home with some ring polishing sticks! From start to finish I cannot recommend this amazing business enough, they really know how to take care of their clients and I will definitely be back for all of my jewelry-related needs + purchases!!

Bree Dauphinee Lucas did an amazing job with my emerald! I had bought it in Colombia and it was set in sterling silver. I wanted a metal that wouldn’t oxidize, while making the necklace design more minimalistic. Lucas did a fantastic job and made the necklace exactly how I was wanting! I highly recommend.
