I do not recommend the pear ring with small diamonds around it, as it is a hassle to repair every stone that falls. Larger diamonds are more practical.

Kim Wood We were in Corpus for the weekend when we decided to stop in Samuels to take a look. We wanted to originally upgrade our wedding set but but when I saw these two rings that were just so beautiful…my husband talked me into them. When we got to the hotel after our purchase I noticed that I did not receive the certificate for one of the rings. The owner and Sayed said they would look for it and get it to us. My husband and I needed to return back home and said we could come back for it . After some exchanges in texts and calls we went back down the following weekend. The owner went out of his way and even brought in some additional diamonds for me to look at. I ended up switching out the original diamond I. The ring with a better diamond and was very happy. Both gentleman were very polite and respectable. My husband and I were very appreciative of their efforts and the quality of care we received. We will most definitely be back.

I learned that she is very knowledgeable and she taught me new things about watches which made it easier to buy the one i wanted. Also I got the best prices since Ive been shopping at this store. James Avery Artisan Jewelry - College Station
Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!
