Maddie R. AMAZING CRAFTSMANSHIP! And fantastic rapport with customers! I cannot recommend Custom Jewelers of Richardson enough! This business is a family legacy and woman owned! I had a custom engagement ring made for my fiancé, and I felt very safe and respected by the owners and her family. A big shoutout to Julie the owner for making my vision come to life just through looking at the sketches I gave them. My fiancés engagement ring came out even better than I imagined! Lesbian friendly! Im calling on my local LGBTQ+ community to support these amazing jewelers and metalsmiths!

Sarah Jane McLean Anyone complaining about price tags or service obviously didn’t go into the store to spend money in the first place! The owner Alex is so very polite and eager to deal. His work is beautiful, he is amazingly talented. Never go by the price tag in a jewelry store. Always intend to negotiate with the salesman and like any other deal, the price comes down per piece when you buy more. My camera doesn’t do this piece justice. So well made and sturdy.

Tre Marcus The service at this Kay Jewelers is top notch! We did ring shopping at Zales and a different Kay Jewelers store but none of them compared to this one. Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.

David Garza Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day. If you’re looking for honest affordable work done on jewelry or have him make you some jewelry which he’s doing for me highly recommend I get a really good vibe from the owner. Both my husband and I left there saying that after our first visit, we get the honest dealing vibe not like you’re gonna be taking advantage of at that location highly recommend. I came back to update my review to show you what he made for me….it is just beautiful!!
