Alicia Barton My husband and I had been hunting for a replacement for my original wedding ring set. Everywhere we looked was too expensive, or the associates were too pushy, or judgmental of our budget. However STEVE at the GRAPEVINE Marquise Jewelers was so kind and patient with us. We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted. Thank you, Steve, from the bottom of my heart. We WILL be back for a wedding band. PS They truly take care of their out of town customers!

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! Paul D My wife purchased me a seiko watch online which I first took to 2 other jewelry stores to have the watch band adjusted to my size one of which broke the pins holding the band together. I then went to Paramount Jewelers around closing time and their manager and watch repair specialist had to back to me the very next day adjusted to my size free of charge. Will definitely be using Paramount in the future for any of my jewelry needs.

The quality is excellent — it has a nice shine, feels heavy and durable, and you can tell it’s the real deal. The staff was professional, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Pricing was fair, and I feel like I got great value for my money. Julie Robertson Great place!! Some of the nicest people around. They would do anything for anyone. I went into Gold Rush in Longview and was having some life troubles. The people working there and the owners asked if we could all pray right there for me, and so we did. The person that wrote a review saying they are mean people obviously has never been to Gold Rush, because they are far from mean. They were so nice about helping me with my gold and silver jewelry and yes they did all the testing right in front of me. I would highly recommend Gold Rush!!

Rene Hernandez I bought a necklace here a few years ago. It is still in perfect condition and I havent taken it off since I bought it. It is perfect. I remember at the time I really didnt want to pay the price for the necklace. The man who owns the store is so so kind and really believes in what he is selling. I am here to say years later he was right the jewelry I bought from him is great quality and I love it.
