Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.

She lengthened my toddler’s bracelet (which we had bought from another vendor) for absolutely free when she outgrew it! Van Nguyen Funny enough, I happened upon Artier on Reddit where it was mentioned as a great antique store with an awesome owner. Upon reading more reviews I kept seeing mention of Harold as a true delight and even thought to myself "theres no way this store and owner can be THIS great". I am so happy to be wrong. My wife and I were greeted and had so much great conversation with Harold while we shopped. We were welcomed and felt at home. The property even reminded us of the comfort of our hometown, New Orleans. Every piece in the store had a story that Harold would happily tell. We were able to get a few gifts for some loved ones, some books for our library and some pieces for the house. I wont hesitate to recommend and we will be returning regularly!

I reached out to the team through their custom form, and they responded within 24 hours saying they believed they would be able to create the ring in my size and get it to me before my wedding. I was honestly skeptical, but I loved this particular ring and nothing else had piqued my interest the way this one had, so we went ahead and decided we would use a placeholder for the ceremony if needed. However, true to their word, the Megan Thorne team completed my ring the week before my wedding and shipped it to me in Virginia via FedEx one day delivery so that I would have it in time for my ceremony.
