5 /5 Alicia Barton: My husband and I had been hunting for a replacement for my original wedding ring set. Everywhere we looked was too expensive, or the associates were too pushy, or judgmental of our budget. However STEVE at the GRAPEVINE Marquise Jewelers was so kind and patient with us. We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted. Thank you, Steve, from the bottom of my heart. We WILL be back for a wedding band. PS They truly take care of their out of town customers!

She is always very welcoming and nice whenever I visit the store. She makes sure Im well taken care of whenever I drop by and leave the store with sparkly, clean diamonds. I love all my purchases so far!!!

My wedding ring was purchase 3years ago and every time I come in for repair or cleaning it has been a wonderful experience. AK helped me this last time I walked into store and he was so professional and caring about my concern with leaving ring for repair and detail cleaning as I now live in Houston. AK promised no worries he would send ring out to be taken care of and then he would federal express to me to ensure I got it securely in a timely manner - I was nervous, but trusted the process. I received my ring fedex in a timely manner and it was absolutely beautiful when I got it back! Amazing service and a man of his word! Because of AK I truly put my trust in this store. AK is always so friendly and helpful when I come in and I appreciate outstanding customer service! That’s why I keep coming back!! Thanks for always taking pride in your customer!
