5 /5 Hala Hassan: I had a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers thanks to Dalton and Sophia! They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality jewelry and outstanding support. 1 /5 Leeah Sierra-Jackson: I went in to have my husband and I’s wedding rings cleaned and honestly I was very disappointed. Upon getting my ring back after the “cleaning” I checked my ring and it was extremely dirty. I asked kindly if my ring can be cleaned again. Jeanie (not sure if I spelled their name right) was kind and took my ring back for a second clean. I’ve NEVER EVER had to ask for my ring to be cleaned a second time at this location… but to be fair there are new people working this location now. I only ever returned here due to one person and that was Vickie. Vickie was honestly amazing, kind and very knowledgeable! And sadly they no longer work at this location.. Anyway, when I got my ring the second time, I noticed when I held my ring up to the light the stone looked extremely FOGGY and dirty again. Literal dirt. I mentioned it and Jeanie stated that it was my rings imperfection, “it’s like your rings freckle”….. I didn’t want to ask for a third clean so I thanked them and walked out. I would not return to this location for a cleaning.

5 /5 Ruben Garcia: Makayla helped us pick out our wedding rings. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and had such great hospitality towards us and other guests in the store! We have been shopping around for months but when we entered the store, Makayla immediately identified us and got to work showing me and my wife all the different rings and more. With her expert advice and guidance, my wife and I were able to pick out our forever rings. If we lived in the area, we would come back to this store specifically for all our needs. I hope other Kay Jewelry stores have someone as amazing as her and we look forward to coming back to Kay because of her.
