She is super knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you exactly as requested. Her wisdom and kindness made picking out our engagement setting, diamond, and both of our wedding bands a very enjoyable process, including helping us stay in budget!! I love them all so much! After our wedding, I had some resizing issues (not due to Amanda’s fault). Both Matt the manager and Amanda immediately took good care of us. Their dedication to excellent customer service has earned our forever business and praises. I can’t say enough good things and deeply respect their altruism and integrity!!! Thank you Amanda and Matt for our beautiful rings we will forever cherish! We love Diamonds Direct in Frisco!
