She will have you feeling like you have been best friends for years from the moment you meet her…and it is 100% her authentic personality. I have purchased accessories, gift items, and of course stand out clothing pieces. EVERY single item I have worn I have received multiple compliments on how fun/flattering the piece is. Yesterday, I was told I look like a spring tulip while wearing a top and jeans I recently purchased from the new spring haul (outfit pictured with this review). What an adorable compliment!! I not only found a go-to shopping spot, but I also found a friend in Z. WIN WIN!

Aaron Cummings Initially I went to have a gold bracelet shortened, which they did an excellent job with. Mr. Dickens does the repairs himself. While there I decided to purchase a new gold wedding band as well. Randi helped me find the perfect type of ring I wanted and was helpful with sizing. They have beautiful jewelry, and anything you might want that they don’t have on hand, they can get within a couple days. I’m a small business owner myself, and I love supporting other local small businesses. I suggest going here before one of those chain jewelry stores.

Cindy Ledoux I purchased a watch band and I didn’t like it so I contacted her and she said she would return my money. So I’m waiting for her to receive the watch band and then she will refund my money.

Sean introduced me to Ceylon Sapphires. The most gorgeous sapphire in my opinion. An amazing cornflower blue. Sean did a rough sketch on what we discussed and already it was perfect on paper. I followed up with Gary, who’s the craftsman behind the ring. He gave me options on how the ring could look, traditional, modern, or somewhere in between. They gave me a number of Ceylon sapphires to choose from. And with their expertise, we chose the most beautiful sapphires to enhance my ring. Working with Sean and Gary was the result of true craftsmanship. When I picked up my ring, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of it. Those 3 diamonds that once were hidden in a drawer, now shine brilliantly. This ring is who I am today. Thank you Sean and Gary, you two are truly gifted at what you do.

Tara Sims I called them 15 minutes ago and asked do you have an acoustic guitar? She said yes I said how much she said 120 I said let’s negotiate she goes 100 I said I’m on my way when I got there. They had a $200 acoustic guitar that they gave me for 150 and out of the store in 10 minutes, I could not recommend this place highly enough way to go Rosenberg Richmond

robnL1000 I have have had repairs, appraisals, and recently the resizing of my Mom’s wedding band because it was too big on her. We were afraid of it falling off her finger and losing it. They have always been so kind to us and also honest about what is possible and what was not. I really appreciate the honesty. Even though our pieces were simple or inexpensive, they always treated it with the same level of care as an expensive piece of jewelry. I highly recommend them.
