Katherine Nguyen Weve been going to Kim Chau for a while now, and they always do an awesome job. Recently, we got custom rings made, and they turned out amazing! The quality and craftsmanship are top-notch. Huge shout out to Staci and Jenny—they were super helpful with everything from start to finish. They guided us through the design process, answered all our questions, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Picking up the rings was a breeze, thanks to them being so organized and friendly. If you need any jewelry, especially custom pieces, definitely check out Kim Chau. They never disappoint, and the staff makes the whole experience fun and easy!

Adam Molina Good business all the way around, I always come to them with any of my jewelry needs.they fixed my dads watch that was passed down to me that hadn’t been working for a few years, sized two of my rings, soldered a pendant onto a bracelet I had bought from them previously. You can even watch as they clean your jewelry.. haven’t been to any other jeweler since I’ve been here.

She was professional, patient, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. The store was clean, the equipment was sanitized, and everything was explained clearly before the piercing. My daughter is thrilled with her new earrings, and we’re so grateful for Consuelo’s gentle touch and expertise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and pleasant piercing experience!

Ajay Patel Diamore and their staff are amazing! I had a ring designed by Rachel and she did a perfect job! They did an amazing job and are responsibly priced as well! My fiance was completely surprised and loved the design! Definitely planning of getting more jewelry designed by them again. They also designed my engagement ring and It is gorgeous! I could not have imagined a prettier ring! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Cody Owens I went into the store looking for a gift for my fiance but had no idea what to get her. The girls working were very helpful and assisted me in picking out a great gift of a navajo turquoise piece, a candle, an outfit, and they even gift wrapped it for me. My fiance was thoroughly impressed with the gifts that the girls helped me pick out and she told me " feel free to shop there anytime for me!" Needless to say I will be returning. Great customer service, great selection even for men.
