1 /5 Veronica Rivera: worst costumer service, reasons why i prefer shopping online! employees were to busy doing inventory and couldnt be bothered to help or even ask if i needed help... there were four employees and i was the only customer in the store.

1 /5 justkesh Powell: After reading the reviews I was reluctant to come to this location. I tried calling before I arrived. The number listed was disconnected. Upon arrival I was met with a sign that read be back @ 2:50. Walked the mall and returned at 2:57. The store was still closed. Very unprofessional.

1 /5 Heaven Barrera: I have purchased from them years before this and I spent money on their products but not no more their product is just crappy now and that is why I switched over to James Avery . My daughter had a woody and buzz collection and she’s has it for quite sometime I’ve got it clean and maintained and for some reason now buds body fell off . I have called multiple attempts to the store and got no where and now they said no matter what I purchase if it breaks chips or whatever happens to it they don’t fix it they tell you that you have to buy it all over again and I will not . But it’s okay this is why I have not purchased anything anymore.
