Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I was also looking to get my son a rope bracelet and Mr. Ijaz down sized the bracelet to perfectly fit my son within minutes! Free of charge! The honesty and customer service i received today was unbeatable and will be the main reason why I will keep shopping here.

I took a silver ring...was bent ,dirty, and didnt fit, a week later i received a call that it was ready, I showed up... Ring was cleaned, reshaped and fit perfectly. And the price was way lower than other locations. I want to thank you for your professionalism and craftsmanship. I drive completely across town for services and its worth it. You wont find this at a big name chain and Ive tried. If youre not buying or a regular customer they "might" hello but dont guarantee the item will break Ive trusted some very unique, sentimental pieces to Rafael and he always takes care of them splendidly.
