Take Me Fishing Rafael (the owner) is always patient and listens to type needs. The work he does is outstanding and always at a fair price. I drive completely across town for services and its worth it. You wont find this at a big name chain and Ive tried. If youre not buying or a regular customer they "might" hello but dont guarantee the item will break Ive trusted some very unique, sentimental pieces to Rafael and he always takes care of them splendidly. He also does special orders. RV Jewelers is so worth the drive.

Amanda Hasty I cannot recommend ITouch diamonds enough. Their work truly speaks for itself. I had a pair of earrings but I lost one the first time I wore them and had the other made into a ring (at a different jewler). I was never happy with the results. My grandmother left me her wedding ring and I had the two combined. I’m extremely happy with the results and attention to detail!

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! Tracy Hester I took in a watch to be repaired and a ring to be sized. Amy was helpful and friendly. Richard came over and gave me some very good and insightful information to help me when selling gold jewelry. He does sell some very nice jewelry at his store. He is also opening a new store on 518 very soon.
