Kevin Went to Kay Jewelers at Firewheel Town Center just on a whim to look at anniversary rings with no intention of purchasing on this day. Janie greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. She and her staff, Alexia and Alex, took the time to make recommendations and show us several styles of rings. It was a great time working with people who were pleasant, had awesome attitudes, and were fun to work with. We ended up leaving with three beautiful rings from a business we can highly recommend. Janie and her employees, Alexia and Alex, are an asset to the Kay family and should be commended for a job well done. Coming up on Year 10, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to upgrade my Wife’s ring as a symbol of how far we’ve come since 2015. Farzi is very personable, relatable and above all knowledgeable in the Jared collections and she also helped us with some custom options in the setting and band..
