I regularly coordinate with the manager Jahnell and staff member Mariah. They are very helpful and highly knowledgeable with their job duties. Alena Salazar I went in to clean my Aggie ring which was horrendous. It was tarnished and was almost completely bronzed, and now it looks like the day I got it. I almost cried. AND IT WAS FREE!!!! The jeweler even let me try on engagement rings since I was window shopping while waiting for my ring (took 5 minutes to clean). He even educated me on what would best fit and what to look for. I was extremely pleased and grateful!!!

I found that to be very courteous, as no one seems to extend great customer serve anymore. My item arrived maybe two days later and it fit perfectly!
