P J What a great little store. Sweet people, Had a watch clasp that needed a simple adjustment and they jumped on it immediately. We were in Kerrville on a visit so was in a bit of a pickle with a watch that would not stay latched and they were able to tweak it to get the clasp to latch and were so kind about it. Least I could do is write them a great review. Cool shop. Great folks. Recommended.

Emily K. Had the most outstanding experience with an employee named Nikki today. My mom was looking for a ring, as she has aged her wedding ring is too big and wide, and she wanted something smaller. She is 82 and mobility is a struggle, she doesn’t get out very much, and it’s a sensitive time- my dad has recently passed. Nikki was so kind and patient, helping her to find her new ring size and showed her a variety of shapes and types of rings. My mom was thrilled with the selection and assistance. I am so grateful for the time and attention to customer service! And it wasn’t just Nikki! I overheard other employees talking to customers, they were so impressive! It’s been a long time since I have been to a store where I have had an experience like that. I will definitely be back!
