Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.

Letetia Beggs They repaired & resized my 40 year old engagement ring & wedding band. They did an awesome job. My rings are so beautiful!!! They were so kind & professional. I am so happy with their work. I highly recommend them for any jewelry repair. They also have beautiful jewelry to purchase. I am so happy that I can wear my rings again.

My partner and I had an incredible experience at fail jewelry purchasing wedding rings that we are absolutely in love with. Christine’s space is small and inviting - there was absolutely no stress or fear of pressure that you may get going into other jewelers shops. Christine wanted to understand what we were looking for, before talking through options / recommendations. She was always extremely transparent with pricing, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. AND she went above and beyond and helped me coordinate surprising my Partner with the proposal. Christine understands how unique and special the wedding ring shopping process is for us, and was able to make us feel so safe and well taken care of throughout it all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting her little shop, or checking her out online. All of the rings we looked at have such a unique style, and feel so well thought out for everyday life.

Kalyani Swabhanam We ordered fresh flower garlands and hair accessories for my niece engangement party. Truly astonished with such a creative and detailed work by Deepa in selecting the vibrant colors and amazing art work. We bought the return gifts with blouse piece, haldi, kumkum and bangles all packed together. Looks simple and elegant. This store carries quality products and I highly recommend this place for Dance jewellery, fresh flower garlands, hair accessories with fresh flowers, return gifts for any wedding, engagement or Pooja events. Cant stop myself admiring Deepas creative work with fresh flower garlands. Amazing!!

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers.
