Morgan Byers There are not enough words that could describe our entire experience at Acori! My (now) husband and I moved to Texas from Florida just a couple of years back. After our incredible & beautiful engagement, we quickly began discussing the steps towards designing my wedding band. After not much time, and consideration of the blessing of pieces we were given by family, there was no question; my band was going to be a culmination of family heirloom diamonds. Not being familiar to the area as new residents, we did an indepth amount of research online. It didn’t take long to realize Acori was the place to go. From the moment I walked into Acori, Lulu was the perfect representative; not only of the company, but of who I would need to help create & assemble my perfect wedding band. Lulu took my/our vision and brought it to life. Lulu provided incredible communication, impeccable energy and compassion towards our vision, and overall customer service that exemplifies passion for the jewelry industry and the love and stories that come from it. We are forever grateful for the beautiful piece that I’ll be blessed enough to wear for life, but equally grateful for Lulu and Acori for making this all a reality.

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!

CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.

Shelby Benigar Brittnay is seriously one of the sweetest people I’ve come across! She is incredibly personable, and such a delight to have a conversation with. She was able to fix an anklet I got in Hawaii that posed a little bit of a challenge, and I bought a piece of jewelry while I was there that I love. If I ever get more permanent jewelry locally it will definitely be with her again! Thank you so much for such a pleasant visit.
