Sky Quest Michelle made my wife’s birthday present on time with a very memorable and welcoming experience at the store. Thank you Michelle, for making it happen!! Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. Brian Adkins Great shop on the strand with a little bit of everything inside. If you cant find something you like for a gift, a souvenir, or just something for yourself, then you wont find it. The shop is well laid out, the employees have great customer service, are very knowledgeable, and the owner is great. It will be one of the best stops you make when you are on the island.

Michael Montano I Entered the store and was immediately greeted by Mr Phillip. I went in looking for a very specific chain. Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I was also looking to get my son a rope bracelet and Mr. Ijaz down sized the bracelet to perfectly fit my son within minutes! Free of charge! The honesty and customer service i received today was unbeatable and will be the main reason why I will keep shopping here.

Claire Long Absolutely loved working with Tyler to craft the perfect engagement ring. Each time I walked in the door, one of the staff greeted me right away. They were always so friendly, and Birch was wonderful at explaining the process of setting our stone. Would highly recommend, and we will be back to work with them in the future!

Riley Ray Sobczak If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. I absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the DFW area - you will not be disappointed!
