He took the time to explain the various options for my wedding band, breaking down the differences in price, width, weight, and specs, which was invaluable since I had little idea what I was looking for. His expertise saved us from making a mistake with an online purchase that wouldn’t have suited my preferences. Richard’s recommendations were spot-on, and his communication was impeccable throughout the process. He went above and beyond by coordinating with the designer of my wife’s wedding band to ensure her engagement ring could be sent for a perfect match. preston Hill I really liked this place we just came in to look, but the staff blew us away with the service we had to get something! Clark and Jennifer worked in tandem to get me the piece I wanted. Clark was definitely the expert informing me about the difference in solid and plated and honestly answering my questions while Jennifer happily walked us around letting me try on as many pieces as I wanted! A breath of fresh air at the outlets the nicest people I met all day!!!! We’ll be back because I love my bracelet! Also men don’t be afraid to look they have quite a selection chunky clearance sec too!

L Ar Let me be clear...we did NOT intend to buy a ring today! lol It was time for inspection & cleaning but I lost a diamond. Salam was an absolute GEM! She helped my husband & I today with a brand NEW purchase for our 25 year anniversary. Im over the moon & my husband was ok too. lol Thanks to the entire staff especially Salam. He immediately got to work on designs that were suitable replacements. Thank you Chuck for your pleasing personality & ability to bring peace of mind in the midst of chaos. Christina Morgan Lots of variety!! Lots of purses, luggage, earrings, necklaces, western hats, scarves. It took us a good hour just to check out everything. Prices were mostly inexpensive so worth a stop. It was very clean and organized

Laura V When my fiance and I were looking at engagement rings (this is a LONG overdue post and I hope they will forgive me), our family jeweler was out of what we were both wanting to spend. After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didnt want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently thats harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what theyre buying. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare. I truly thank you for working with us and our budget! We will definitely keep coming back, and I highly recommend such a lovely small business.
