walter kelley Before I went to order my son’s class ring I decided to check the reviews for the Balfour store in Longview Tex that is the closest to me and I went down the line of reviews for that store and I must say I was a little worried about it because some reviews were ruff around the edges however I made the trip anyway hoping for the best.turns out don’t always believe what you hear.maybe those people who had given bad reviews really felt the need to complain about there bad experience they might of had however I must say my experience there was great. The staff could not have been better on my visit they took the time to go over everything we us and I must say they were very polite and helpful in making a choice for a nice ring for my son.thanks so much for being great

I added two of them for you to see what kind of quality service Peter and his wife provide. I had a 36 carat Swiss blue Topaz made into a pendant. I also had my Tiffanys dog tag engraved with a special meaning. I love them both and the price was so good on top of it! Just cant say enough good things about these people!
