Tetiana Kushla Highly recommend! I needed to adjust a new watch bracelet, my wrist is very skinny and I needed a very unusual adjustment to make to feel it comfortable. Courtney was very attentive to hear my concerns and just within couple minutes make it ready and it worked just perfect on my hand immediately. The place is very nice, everyone was so friendly, but Courtneys knowledge and professionalism it a totally next level, 10 starts out of 5. Thank you.

Darlene Cole What an amazing and blessed experience at Texas Jewelry. Our son in his 50’s has Alzheimer’s and wanted a watch fitted to his wrist. Rarely does he ask for anything but as a once brilliant man who collected watches, he has a love for watches. Kirk, Mary, Michelle gave him such a perfect experience. As we left, though he rarely speaks, he said, “That was so much fun” ! Made my heart happy and brought tears to my eyes. Dan S A great JCPenney to shop for whatever you need that JCPenney happens to sell. This location is clean, organized, and has friendly service. I couldnt complain about this store if I tried, nor do I have much more to say about this, so Ill share a story about this store: Once, back in 1991, I was shopping with my dad in this store. We were in the jeans section, and there was a little TV playing a Levis ad, on loop. It was for their large style jeans, and the commercial had a reggae song about "livin large". Fast forward to the modern era, and I am able to find that ad on YouTube. So, what I do is I enter Penneys from the north entrance and cue up the ad on my phone so I can share the joy. I do this every year at least once.

David Morton Mr Ortiz is a wonderful jewler and did an amazing job creating a custom ring for me, and my wife! I would recommend him to anyone for his skills and he did it for such a good price, he was super fair and honest. I will be coming here for everything jewelry related!
