Carla Jasso-Glavy Alonso jewelry helped design and create an updated wedding ring for me. The team there did an awesome job and I am so happy with the results. Annette was extremely polite and attentive and her customer service skills are excellent. She kept me updated throughout the process. My ring was completed earlier than estimated and they made sure it fit just right. I thought their pricing was very fair as well. Highly recommend this business.

He was very attentive to even the smallest details. Got it exactly an even better than what I wanted!!! Had small problem he called me instantly and resolved it. Andrew Danna I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I originally purchased a bracelet as a gift from another location, but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. After contacting customer service, I was advised to order the correct size and then exchange the original at this location. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed there, despite the prior instructions. This left me in a difficult position, as I now had two bracelets and no clear solution. I became visibly upset and, in my frustration, used inappropriate language while explaining my situation. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the store’s Director chose to have me escorted out by security. While I understand and take responsibility for my tone, I believe the situation could have been handled more professionally and with greater empathy.

Jai Rai Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.

She was incredibly kind and honestly educated me quite a bit! I told her I was new to the area and was excited to have found my new jewelry spot/ jewelry lady!! I cant wait to go back in and see her! She was absolutely excellent and the jewelry is nice too!
