My fiancé and I went ring shopping a few months ago and visited a few chain stores, but none of them really understood what I wanted - even when I sent photos, which was very frustrating. Lina invited us to stop in, saying she had a diamond and setting she thought we’d love, and she was right! She knew exactly what I envisioned after just one conversation. Yavriel Sechelle Incredible service. Incredibly friendly person. Great and talented artist. My (now)wife and I went there to get my mothers wedding ring resized for our wedding. Sonya was very happy and excited to do it for us, and asked us how quick we needed it. We told her no biggie, the wedding was still a few weeks away(at that time. We had to move the date up), so whenever she could get it done in that time would be great. The next day, less than 24 hours later in fact, she called us to let us know she had it done, because she was so excited for us to get married, and wanted us to have it as soon as possible. She even put the ring in a display case with other rings to give us a jewelry store experience, as in my wife could choose what ring she wanted. Very fun and sweet of her to add that bit of playfulness into the business. The ring was resized perfectly, and she cleaned it up nicely, which was something she took the initiative to do without asking. Consumate professional. This is Exactly why you shop local, and support local businesses. Try finding that brand of humanity and thoughtfulness in a big box retailer of any kind. Thank you, Sonya! Debbie is extremely knowledgeable and very up front with all the information available on any stone or ring you are shopping for. We let her know our specific diamond size, clarity and symmetry preferences and she found exactly what we were looking for at an AMAZING price! I fell in love with a specific type of setting with a round stone and she had it custom made for me--it is an 18-carat gold band with platinum prongs! it is absolutely perfect and I am so happy with how it turned out. Adam Molina Good business all the way around, I always come to them with any of my jewelry needs.they fixed my dads watch that was passed down to me that hadn’t been working for a few years, sized two of my rings, soldered a pendant onto a bracelet I had bought from them previously. You can even watch as they clean your jewelry.. haven’t been to any other jeweler since I’ve been here.

J This is one of those hidden gems. I was referred to this place by an employee at Jared to get my watch repaired. Not only did they repair it the same day they also polished my watch. Its family owned and theyre extremely nice people who care about your possessions more than you do!!! Try them out. You wont be disappointed.

Rachel Campbell They dont do what you bring in your jewelry for. I brought in my cross pendant to have the posts that hold my cross to the necklace replaced. 2 wore out completely of the 3 from my necklace. They charged me $79. I was fine with that. (A little more than another jeweler had quoted but that was so we a year ago.) Said they would replace the "prongs". I said fine BUT I AM BRINGING IT TO HAVE THE POSTS THAT HOLD THE NECKLACE TO THE CROSS REPAIRED! so my cross doesnt fall off my necklace BECAUSE ONLY ONE POST IS STILL IN TACT! I showed them in the store REPEATEDLY. Wrote it down ON THE TICKET WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED! They kept it 2 days and "fixed the prongs" - there was NOTHING wrong with my prongs on the diamonds! And did NOT FIX THE POSTS AT ALL. When I called they said bring it back and we will fix it for no charge. IN FACT THEY GROUND DOWN THE EDGES WHERE THE POSTS HAD BEEN AND WORN THROUGH IN THE CENTER OF THEM! I dont.know what the deal is but I dont.trust them now. I barely trusted them before! But thought they couldnt possibly screw up replacing the gold posts! But they showed me! I have had this cross for years (DECADES!) and it is very sentimental to me! I am so frustrated they wanted to argue when I called saying that "they fixed the prongs." That WASNT the job!! The job was replace the 2 posts! There are supposed to be 3 posts that hold the cross to the necklace. It actually looks like they ground off the edges of the 2 other posts!! Making it harder for me to get it repaired now!! I will NEVER trust them again!
